a certified Life Coach, certified financial coach, and professional, a lifelong advocate for women seeking wholeness and clarity in their lives. Her journey—shaped by lived experience, leadership, and service—has fueled a passion for helping women grow with intention and confidence.

For more than 25 years, Latricia has served women with boldness, compassion, and authenticity—supporting them through personal growth, life transitions, and leadership development.
She is the founder and host of Saturday Morning Ironing, a weekly live broadcast offering practical wisdom, reflective conversations, and encouragement for everyday life.

Professionally, Latricia brings exceptional credibility. She has built a 35-year career in the Federal Government and currently serves as Chief of Budget and Finance, overseeing a $2.2 billion portfolio—one of the largest within her agency. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and became a Certified Financial Coach in 2022.

Latricia is also the founder of the Daddy’s Girl brand—a movement centered on identity, belonging, and legacy—which gained national recognition after being featured by Tabitha Brown on Very Good Mondays. Through coaching, mentorship, and community building, Latricia empowers women to live grounded, intentional, and impactful lives.

She is the proud mother of three sons and a cherished bonus daughter—her “jewels”—and she believes every woman deserves the tools, support, and encouragement to thrive fully.
